How remove Hybrid Exchange2010 server and use Office 365 for all needs

Hi,

In our organization we are using exchange 2010 hybrid environment. (exchange2010, Dir-sync, ADFS2.0)

our 60% user move on o365. now we are planning to remove exchange 2010 hybrid environment and totally use O365 exchange online. can some one send me the step by step guide?
