Exchange 2013, self signed cert ""Microsoft Exchange" expires soon

Hello,

On our Exchange 2013 server, the self-signed cert "Microsoft Exchange" expires in 2 days..
It used by IIS with Exchange Back End site. Should we renew or create new certificate then associate to Exchange Back End site in IIS  ? Maybe this certificat generate itself ?
