We are experiencing a problem with valid mail being stuck in the Shadow Redundancy queue.
Also the healthmail from inboundpoxy@contoso.com is stuck in the Shadow Redundancy queue.
Not all mail is stuck in the Shadow Redundancy queue but some valid mail is.
Mail is received by EX1 and the mailbox is on EX1 and still the mail is stuck in the queue.
We also get reports that users don't receive mail that is stuck in this queue.
The status of the stuck emails are Ready and there is not error message.
PS. i have read a lot of blogs on this and i know this is for safe transport of email. Also i ran the powershell command get-message in the queue with eventid FAIL and its reporting mail stuck as the queue viewer is.
