Management Shell and ECP showing two different result?

Hi,

I noticed something odd today on my ECP and Management Shell.

When looking under ECP>Recipients>Mailboxes>Joe, it shows that Joe has a mailbox size of 1GB

Issue a warning at 0.9GB

Prohibit send at 1GB

Prohibit send and receive at 1GB

but when I opened up Exchange Management Shell and run Get-Mailbox Joe, it showsProhibitSendQuota Unlimited

and on his Outlook from his desktop, it shows the same number as ECP.

We are running a single server Exchange 2013 environment. Version 15.0(Build 1130.7)

has anyone else seen this before?
