Event error " A fatal alert was received from the remote endpoint. The TLS protocol defined fatal alert code is 46. "

In environment have 2 Exchange Servers . In one server getting Event error as " A fatal alert was received from the remote endpoint. The TLS protocol defined fatal alert code is 46. "   Error Code:36887. 

Please help me to resolve this issue.
