Hi,
We have a few users in the office using the built in mail app as they don't have Microsoft Office installed to use Outlook.
It was working fine up until a few days ago but they are no longer able to sync with the exchange server. Their accounts are OK because if they go onto another PC using Outlook they can access their email with no problems.
Nothing has changed since when it was working in terms of updates and certificate changes, we have been using the same certificate for the past 6 months without issues.
The users are able to access their Gmail and Hotmail accounts via the Mail app in Windows 10, its just the exchange accounts that arent working. The exchange account adds fine, it accepts the settings and credentials, but when trying to sync we are getting the following message:
"Something went wrong... We cant syncrhronise at the moment. But you may be able to find more information on this error code at www.windowsphone.com. Error code: 0x80072f99"
I have searched the site it has suggested and have spent hours searching the internet for this error code but just hit a dead end.
Is there anyone here that can help?
