We are receiving the below alerts from all the 2013 exchange servers very frequently..
Compliance health set unhealthy (ELCMailboxSLAMonitor/Compliance) - ELC has exceeded the 7 day SLA for processing the mailbox. - The Compliance Health Set has detected a problem with Compliance at 6/12/2015 1:49:18 PM. Attempts to auto-recover from this
condition have failed and requires Administrator attention.

We are keep monitoring the alert, some time it will close automatically,
Could any one let me know why it is generating every time?
Will it be any problem for the functionality?
How we can resolve this?
or can we override this alert from SCOM?
