Access Denied opening powershell

I have a fresh install of Exchange 2013 CU10 on a 2012 R2 HyperV VM, running in the same domain as an SBS 2008 server. 

I get the following error when going into power shell on the Exchange 2013 server:

Can anyone suggest how I might fix this?
