Exchange what is Empty database? Exchange shell command which define/ state that this is an empty database?

Hi All,

As per my understanding empty database means, it is just created on exchange server (Yeah, after successfull restart of MIS).Do we have Exchange shell command which define/ state that this is an empty database.
