The Global address book in not updating for all users in cached mode in Outlook 2013 or anyone using Outlook
Looking at the Exchange server 2010
In the folder location
C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\ClientAccess\OAB\{ID}
the LZX files are created everyday until 9th July 2015 when a problem started.
In the exchange mangament console under organization configuration, mailbox and Offlince address book the Default Offline address book has not been modified since 09 July 2015
If I manually right click Update I get a error message.
Action 'Update' could not be performed on object 'Default Offline Address Book'.

When searching for this issue others suggested looking for the Service called Exchange System Attendant, but the System Attendant service is not listed in services.
My Environment is Windows Server 2008 R2 x64.
Please advise on what to try.
