I recently installed Exchange 2013 into my Exchange 2007 environment. I got everything working, almost. I moved one mailbox over tot he 2013 server. If I login through OWA I can send mail, get mail, both to and from the other exchange server as well as
form and to the internet. But if I login with Outlook 2013 things are not right. First of all when setting up the account, if I try and connect to the 2013 server it cannot resolve the name. I have to put in the 2007 exchange server and then it will resolve
and automatically switch the server to the 2013 server. But once I get in I can't see any users when clicking on too. And If I try and send a message it says "The operation failed". I can use that same outlook to connect to my 2007 server just fine
and everything works. And again if I login to the 2013 server via OWA everything works. Any help would be appreciated.
