OK to Delete MS Exchange Created OUs in Active Directory?

We recently moved from Microsoft Exchange to Office365.  Our Active Directory domain still has two OUs named 'Microsoft Exchange Security Groups' and Microsoft Exchange System Objects'. Are these OUs OK to delete now?  They appear to be empty.
