For now we using Exchange 2013 and use program for 3rd party program. This program need to fetching email with POP3 service. we facing problem with user account can't authentication with POP3.
We try to set up account on Outlook they said.
Log onto incoming mail server (POP3): Your e-mail server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password for this account in Account Settings. The server responded: -ERR Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.
We try to connect our server with telnet on port 110. We can connect to the mail server normally. But try to authenticate with any user that say.
-ERR Logon failure: unknow user name or bad password.
We use same account log on to webmail and set up with Microsoft Exchange service on Outlook 2013 that working normally.
Please help for fix this issue.
